Delivery Time: 5–8 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Note: During sales, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. Rest assured — we’ll do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Duties & Taxes
United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
• All applicable duties and import taxes are included in your order total. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Other International Destinations
• Orders shipped to countries outside the US, AU, and NZ may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You may track your shipment’s progress at any time via the provided link.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@babynera.com so we can update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address or redirect the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local courier first. If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us at support@babynera.com and we will do our best to assist. Please note BabyNera cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Delays may occur due to events beyond our control (such as severe weather or carrier issues). If this happens, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
