Refunds
All refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days to show up in your account.
2-Day Change of Mind Returns
We get it — sometimes things change.
You’re welcome to return your BabyNera product within 2 business days of receiving it if you’ve simply changed your mind.
To be eligible:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 2 business days at support@babynera.com to request a return
Please note:
• A $10 USD restocking fee applies
• Return shipping is not covered
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected
30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Defective Products
If your device isn’t working as expected, we’re here to make it right.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the BabyNera HeartEcho™ Fetal Doppler for verified product faults. This applies to orders placed directly on babynera.com.
What’s covered:
• Device won’t power on.
• Screen isn’t displaying properly
• Probe is not functioning as intended
What’s not covered:
• Product works as expected, but you no longer want it.
• You’re unable to detect a heartbeat before 14 weeks — this is very common and completely normal. Every pregnancy is different. Some moms may hear the heartbeat as early as 9 weeks, while for others it may take until 14 weeks or even a bit later. We recommend trying again after 14 weeks, when detection tends to be more consistent and reliable.
How it works:
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@babynera.com.
2. We may ask for photo or video evidence to verify the issue.
3. If we can’t confirm remotely, we may request the product be returned for inspection.
4. If a defect is confirmed, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
5. If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you.
Only the defective item will be refunded. Accessories like gel or storage bags are not eligible for return.
1-Year Warranty
Every BabyNera device is backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.
To qualify:
• Your order must be placed directly through babynera.com
• You’ll need to provide proof of purchase
• Items bought second-hand or through unauthorized sellers are not covered
